This Logic Analyzer is designed for Trace Data- and Address-Bus of CPU Devices without a Trace-Port and with external Bus. Several Adaptation are available for connect the Anaylzer to SDRAM/DRAM Busses with up to 204 Channels. A additional Hardware-Based Filter System is implemented for remove refresh cycles from the Trace.

Power-Integrator-II

Over the time we can see, that some customer use the Logic-Analyzer for trace and analyzing Protocol Busses. In this case, a larger depth is very helpful. Power-Integrator-II serves exactly this. The different to the Integrator-I is, that we have reduce the number of Channels from 204 to 102 and increase the Memory from 512K-Frames up to 256Million-Frames.

This Probe has 4 Input Channels 0.0 ... 5V and additional 3 current Channels for external shunt resistors. In the combination, the Probe can Trace U*I in tree Supply Lines. For the Power measurement, the Analog-Trace is correlated with the Code Trace.
